Talktalk broadband appears to start at 6.50 pounds. I am in the US, so I am not sure if that is a good price for broadband in the UK. Seems like a good price.

the leading wireless broadband providers cost around $30 a month, but that is pricy for an internet that cuts out and can't handle the rain one bit at all.
Usually you have to pay for it, much like you pay for phone service.
