I got Six feathers for 18 dollars in boulder, Colorado, but kits can be ordered online to do them yourself for a little cheaper. You can also go to a craft store and pick up a pack of your own feathers. I you do so you need feathers, barrets/ hair clips, and a hot glue gun. Just take the clip and put the glue outside of the top and then stick the feather on the glue and let it sit on it. It doesnt cost that much so i pefer this.
