Depends entirely on area. You can get 1 some places for 80k or thereabouts & there are desirable areas where the same house would run 750k. Use zillow dot com. type in any address you want & you will see the rooftop of the house & all the prices in the immediate area. Have fun looking at your backyard from outer space.
