Classroom education? Very little. But to be a good guitar maker, you must have a lot of experience building them. The best way to go about doing that is to apply for an apprenticeship with a company that makes them. You will be able to observe professional guitar makers (known as luthiers), and have access to guitar making tools so you can practice making them. Most guitar makers are apprentices for about two years, but if you catch on quickly, you may be able to get hired sooner.

You really don't need too much of an education, a high school diploma would be fine. All you really need to know is how to sing, play guitar, bass, and/or drums.
You have to be in College so you can make video games.

Depends on the type of guitar, and where you get it to be honest. If you think you'll get bored of playing guitar, get a cheap one (£40-£100) so if you decide to quit, you haven't lost much. If you think you'll stick at it, get a mediocre guitar, price ranged £100-£250. Then, when you progress on guitar, or feel you need a new guitar, you can step up.
They need talent ability learning education and good vocal cords
No. But it works much easier if you own the Guitar Hero World Tour band pack.
