At the age of 4, they shouldn't get a lot of excercise. But a play at the park with other kids should sound alright.

It depends on the girl. I would say about 120lbs to 135lbs. It depends though on how muc you excersise because you could be really strong and be heavier due to musules or you could have little musules and weigh less.
