That totally depends on how many hit-points the monster/player you are attacking has, what skill you are using, and if/what mini-game you are playing.
it depends on what lvl you are if you hit harder or not
The amount of combat experience you get depends on the amount of damage you cause. Every time you hit another player or an NPC, you get experience according to this damage - not just when you kill him.
The highest hit in runescape ever recorded on video was a 150 hit on a steel titan using ruby (e) bolts. The only place you can hit higher than that would be in a certain quest. In the quest while guthix sleeps people are aple to hit 200's but that does not count. The only higher hit would be in soul wars on the avatar with Ruby Bolts (E) is a 200 but nobody has ever hit that on video Edit: Previously 150, now it may be 1500-1509
300, but there hit points are low when they attack you.
Hitting high in Runescape depends on many factors:- Your Strength Level- Your Equipment ( Armour + Weapon )- Super Strength Potions- Strength Boosting prayers ( especially Chivalry + Piety )- Enchanted Jewelery ( Rings, Amulets ) e.g Bestest solution is Amulet Of Fury + Berserker Ring.P.S sometimes using Full Dharoks on Low Hp can cause you to hit very High, I have seen 110's + with this.
You have to be doing the quest: A soul's bane to hit the hit of 200 (Members Only.) Otherwise is would be around 60-90 with a armadyl godsword (Sources from Old answer) requiring 99 str, 99 att and 99 def (99hp would be recommended)
Strength
input your weapon and other equipment you will be using: http://www.scape-xp.com/runescape-max-hit-calculator.html
It certainly does. Strength if you are a mage affects the strength of your hit. Not as much as a high magic lvl, but still alot.
usually about 200$
XP is not calculate when you kill a monster, but every time you hit it. You get XP for every damage point you inflict. In the case of magic spells, you also get a basic magic experience, just for using the spell. I am not sure about ranged.
That often depends on what skill your using and the equipment you have on.
