None, or very close to it. Fat comes from oils and well, fat. Jam is mainly fruit, water, pectin, and sugar. There should not be any fat, but if there is, it will be nominal. The main concern is the sugar which is empty energy. Like any sugar, it can make you fat, if you eat enough. The only way to avoid this if by using artificial sweeteners, but they are said to cause problems much greater than being a little fat, unless it is xylitol (from corn or potatoes), of course.
