i don't really think their is much a piece of bread can do to help reduce ur fat. i think that it actually makes u fatter if u eat to much of it. that's why you got to only eat a bit of bread each day. a tip for u is to eat whole wheat bread. it helps you, and doesnt give you as much fat as other type of breads.
