Titanic had three "real" funnels and one "fake" funnel. The forth funnel was put on for ventilation, balance and to make the ship look more powerful. The Titanic's rivals Mauritania and Lusitania both have four funnels and people might have thought Titanic less powerful and slower because it would have only had three funnels.

They were four, Three were real, the fourth one was a dummy. It was only there to make the ship look more powerful
There was 4 but only 3 were real they added a dummy funnel to make it look more power full
there looked as if there were 4 funnels but there were only 3. the real ones were the 3 at the front which helped move her along. the one at the back was ventilation and was added for power.
712 people survived the sinking of Titanic, for real.
Four, however only the first three were used. The fourth one was added for ventilation for the kitchens and for symmetrical foundation. There were 4 smoke funnels on the Titanic, but, only 3 of them allowed smoke to escape from the engines. The fourth one was just there for show. A ship with 4 smoke funnels looked more impressive than a ship with only 3 funnels.
The real titanic sank April 4, 1912
R.M.S. Titanic
Yes, the Titanic was a real ship, and yes it sank.
Both. There is a Titanic movie, but it is based on a real boat that sunk.

The Titanic had 29 boilers constantly burning coal. There were three functioning funnels on the Titanic, directly connected to the boilers. Each of the three active funnels served two boiler rooms. The fourth was partly functional, carrying smoke up a smaller chimney in the forward half from the galleys. The remainder of that funnel served as a ventilation shaft for the engine rooms.
