A watt (or kilowatt) is the unit of measurement for power, not energy. Power is the rate of transferring energy and, so, the watt is equivalent to a joule per second.
So, your question doesn't actually make any sense. It's rather like asking, "How many kilometres are there in 40 kilometres per hour?"
However, you could have asked how much energy is transferred at the rate of 40 kW (not 'Kw') over, say, one hour. In which case, the answer would be 40 000 x 60 x 60 = 144 MJ (megajoules).
The watt and the horsepower are just two different ways of measuring power. The watt is the SI unit, while the horsepower is the Imperial unit.
As 1 hp is equivalent to 746 W, 40 hp is equivalent to 29.84 kW.
40kW requires at least 54hp

There are a few different ways to do this but this one will work just fine for your problem. (note these numbers are not truly random, but they will probably be random enough for your purposes) you will have to: import java.util.Random; then define a new random number generator called Generator: Random generator = new Random(); Then, make a random integer between 0 and 40 and subtract 20 so it is between -20 and positive 20. int myNumber = generator.nextInt(40) - 20;
I've had mine for over a year, I typically get between 30-40 minutes of run time.
