about 305 horse.
I cant give ya exact answer but the 266 is very close to a Lt4 hotcam. Lt4 hotcam with 1.6rr can net you around 30-40 rwhp with proper supporting mods.
330hp, 340tq
I believe 330HP, for an SLP altered LT4 equipped.
With the 5.7L LT1 V8 it puts out 300HP and with the 5.7L LT4 V8 it puts out 330HP
i believe you need too get the LT4 heads for that too work
because why not
yes you can use a 1996 lt4 engine into a 1989 Caprice Classic, and its easy. you can mail me at:

You can get a 1996 Chevy Corvette vacuum hose schematic diagram at most Chevrolet dealerships. Your local library will have Chevrolet Corvette service manuals with the diagram.
The 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS is powered by Chevrolet's 5.7L LT1. It was basically the same as the LT4 found in earlier Corvettes but the pistons are Iron, and it is camed for more torque at lower rpm.
All 1997 z28 and ss were made with the lt-1 engine. They swapped to the ls-1 in 1998. Correct! However there were about 100 that were fitted with an LT4 motor which was a suped up version of a LT1
you need to check and make sure you are getting a full 12 volts across the clutch coil (while connected to the clutch) you may have a bad contact somewhere and if you are only getting like 8 volts the clutch will burn out at a high rate because it is not fully engaged. make you check the voltage while under a load!!!!
