I guess we will have a problem on that. Lira is an obsolite currency. Italy now use euro instead.
about 51 euro cents~
The Euro is Italian money. The Italian Lire was withdrawn in 1992.
Italy hasn't used lira since 2002 when they switched to the euro. At that time 100 lira was worth about 7 US cents.

1000 lire mille value of Indian money
$6.98 as of 11/17/10
As of 2021, the Italian lira (lire) is no longer in use as Italy now uses the euro. If you meant 10,000 Italian lire, it would be equivalent to a very small amount in Philippine pesos.
The excahnge rate is only $4.70, but it can only be exchanged until 2012. However, if you were to sell you a collector, a crisp, mostly uncirculated bill could get you $20-$25

$30
It means 10'000 lire (old Italian currency, = around 5 euro) "payable directly to the owner" meaning that theoretically they could be changed in the central bank into the equivalent value of gold.
Lire were made obsolete in 2002 when Italy adopted the euro. At that time 200 lire would have been worth less than 15 cents.
