John Quincy Adams was born two years after the Stamp Act was passed. I do not think he made much of a protest about it,
no he just voted not to have it

Adams was one member of the Colonial congress. He didn't take action concerning the stamp act.
1939
The pink John Adams first appeared as part of the 1938 presidential series and was used until it was replaced in the 1954 series. It is still very common mint or used. The coil variety is somewhat scarcer but very common. The was a 2 cent stamp in the 1902 series, but it pictures Washington. At retail, it is worth around $8 for a nicely centered mint stamp and around 30 cents for a nice used one.
