There is no such thing as French money anymore. France uses the euro, the common currency of the European Union, and has done so for the last 6 years.

It's difficult to define what's meant by "worth more". You have to compare purchasing power. By that measure, the decline of the dollar on the international market means that one euro purchases more of most goods than one dollar, so in that sense, yes, the euro is worth more.

Very little.

The currency of France is the Euro. Very few shops will accept foreign currency.
