Difficult to answer because of the number of variations of the 1873 Springfield Trapdoor Rifle. A good place to start looking to identify your specific rifle is: THE U.S. SPRINGFIELD TRAPDOOR RIFLE INFORMATION CENTER @ http://www.trapdoorcollector.com/
Since I just got one from the NRA for free.... I'd say "free" or "priceless", whichever you prefer to call it. Seriously, I signed up for a 1 yr membership and they sent me the coin 3 months later in an attempt to get me to send them more money. It's a really nice coin that sticks to a magnet, with some sort of plating or rust free / scratch free coating. Springfield could have been an advertising financial sponsor to send them out.
500- tens of thousands depending on the specifics
That is a Springfield rifle I believe.
worth about 75 - 110 in good condition. great accurate rifle. check and make sure it cycles properly as the autoloaders are often damaged on those. fortunately you can get a new autoloader parts kit from numrich's website. about 25 $
your rifle is a percussion rifle from the civil war in 58 caliber. value depends on overall condition. estimate plus or minus $500
