You didn't state the bill's denomination but I assume it is a $1 silver certificate. If it is uncirculated it might retail for $15 to $18. If it is circulated but has very little wear it might sell for $8 to $10.

Its a common card so its cheap. Go to eBay there should be dozens of new mint blue eyes for sale at any given time.

Very little - unless it's in mint condition, or there is a flaw that makes it collectible. There were thousands of them produced in pre-decimal years !
W isn't a standard mint mark for any Mercury dime. 1935 isn't a rare date, so the value is at least $2 for the silver content, and up to $7 in uncirculated condition for Philadelphia, $25 for Denver, and $15 for San Francisco.
