The O in the corner doesn't help to ID it, but the blue seal at least indicates it's a silver certificate. In any case more information is needed. Please check your bill again and post a new, separate question with its date and what letter, if any, is next to / below the date. You do not have to copy out the serial number.
The worth of a silver certificate with serial # 60292929 is about $3 to $5 if it is in uncirculated condition. Unfortunately, this serial is not a true repeater. It needed to be 29292929. However, it is still a cool serial.

Unless it's unusual, a note's serial number almost never has an effect on its value. Also, the motto In God We Trust did not appear on $1 notes until 1957 so that's not an error. Assuming your note is in average circulated condition its value would be in the $2 to $3 range.
