200 Dong is equal to .01 US Dollars or One US penny 5 Dong is therefore worth .002 of a US penny in current money conversion. Although... I've heard that the older 1966 dong can range anywhere from .10 to $2.00 (US dollars).
There were two version of the 20 Dong coin produced for the Republic of Viet Nam (South Vietnam) in 1968. The two look quite similar, and both are made of 8.76 grams of nickel-clad steel, measure 29.6 mm in diameter, have the denomination ("20 Dong") and the words "VIET-NAM CONG-HAO" on the front, and have an image of a farmer in a rice paddy on the back. One, however, one was produced as an F.A.O. (the abbreviation for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) issue and has different wording on the back.
The regular issue (KM#10) reads "NGAN-HANG QUOC-GIA VIET-NAM" on the back. It is worth (according to the Standard Catalog of World Coins) US$0.75 in Fine condition, US$1.50 in Very Fine condition, US$3.00 in Extremely Fine condition, US$6.00 in Uncirculated condition, and US$10.00 in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
The F.A.O. issue (KM#11), of which 500,000 were produced, reads "CHIEN-TICH THE-GIOI CHONG NAN DOI" on the back. It is worth US$1.00 in Fine condition, US$2.00 in Very Fine condition, US$4.00 in Extremely Fine condition, US$8.00 in Uncirculated condition, and US$12.00 in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
Green backs, MPC, and the French P, had the most value, in that order. Green backs were black market (illegal). Anything other than mentioned above was worthless then, and it's probably safe to say, just as nearly worthless today.

The 1966 South African 50 cents coin is between $3.00 and $6.00.
It is worth 25 cents, or one quarter of one dollar. 1966 is not old enough for the coin to have gotten valuable.
Such a coin does not exist. The 50 New Pence coin was first issued in 1969.
Less than one dollar
Likely only face value. 1966 dated coins are still found in circulation. Please post a new question with the denomination of the coin.

The value of a 1 schilling coin from 1966 varies depending on its condition and collector demand. In general, these coins can be worth around $1 to $5 USD if they are in good condition. However, if the coin is rare or in mint condition, it could be worth more to a collector.
A Danish 2 Øre coin from that era is worth face value, or $0.004 (4/10ths of a penny).
