Well that depends on who is buying it.

The signature would add value if you're selling it to a Foreigner fan. If the buyer isn't a fan of Foreigner, the signature would be nothing more than a blemish to them.
I would start by offering the guitar for $3500 and see how many bidders you get. If it's a hot item, raise the price.
