The question is vague, not enough information. For instance, what is the vintage year? Was the vintage bottled for a special observance? Is the bottle special? Is it in the original presentation case? Although Metaxa has 1888 on most of its labels, there were many vintages before 1888 that became eligible for the royal label and were indeed 100 year old vintages when sold.
