Well, in all honesty, it depends on several factors. For instance, if you have had it professionally restored, if it still works, how damaged is it, along with if it had been modified, and has its original stickers, packaging, and the repair guide. But, you should bring it in to a local musem, or maybe ask an antique dealer how much it is worth. Using the internet alone to find your answer is not the wisest choice.
Well, don't chuck it, that's for sure. Some people will pay from $50 to thousands on this stuff. Being a radio collector myself, I think the best way of finding a value would be to find a number, code, 'model number' code of something that you can type into Google to find something about it. And if it is a 'coffin set' in good condition, you can expect lots of shiny dollars! (But why sell?)
Between $0 and $50,000 depending on brand, model and condition.
