This is a common commemorative stamp.

If you want to buy just one it will probably cost you from 10 to 25 cents at a stamp store , mint or used.

If you want to order it by mail, you would have to pay postage and handling in addition.

Dealers get them as part of larger lots for almost nothing per stamp- say 65% face if mint and

1/5 cent if used.

It is the kind of stamp I use on letters if unused or give to kids if used.

George Washington is one of the most common subjects on US stamps. And several of the Bi-centennial stamps featured him. It will take some detective work to narrow down the search. Use a catalog online or through your local library to identify the specific item. It will also provide an estimated value.

This will require more research to provide identification. There were many Washington stamps issued with a value of 5 cents. It can always be used for 5 cents worth of postage, but it may have more value then that. Many different countries issued them as well. Consult a stamp catalog, check your local library, to identify exactly what stamp you have. And the catalog will also provide you an idea of the value.
