All cab rides to Manhattan from JFK or from Manhattan to JFK are a $45.00 flat rate. Rides to or from JFK and any other destination in New York City follow the regular metered fare. Astoria is not in Manhattan, obviously, but it is just across the river from it, so it's about the same distance. I think it would be about the same price: around $45 to $50, plus tolls and tips.

As a New Yorker we know that yellow cabs are mainly in Manhattan and very few are in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island... so the fare 45 bucks will not apply to you and besides you're already in Queens where all the airports are. I would have to tell you that you have to call a cab company and ask how much to what airport but I would think no more then 25 bucks should do it.
The second answerer is quite right. I totally forgot about that. You might first want to try calling Carmel (212-666-6666) or Dial 7 Car & Limo (212-777-7777). Those are the two biggest car service companies in the New York City area. If for some reason that doesn't work, try the second and third Related Links.
As of 2021, Astoria, a neighborhood in the borough of Queens, New York City, has a population of around 90,000 people.

No, not all of John F. Kennedy's sisters have died. Two of his sisters, Rosemary Kennedy and Kathleen Kennedy, have passed away, but his two other sisters, Eunice Kennedy Shriver and Jean Kennedy Smith, were still alive as of September 2021.
This movie focuses on a plot to assassinate Kennedy. Its historical accuracy is very much subject to question.
