There is no standard tuition and fee rates for colleges and universities. Prices vary according to the institution, whether starting out at a community college then transferring to the four year institution, whether a private or public institution, location, specific program of study etc. You really have to decide on your specific career goals and objectives, find the institutions that will meet your needs, and then look at the tuition and fee requirements. In some programs of study, the tuition is sometimes not so much the issue as it is the fees that are attached to that program. In other words, there are some programs within the health related fields where the clinical fees are very expensive. So, you have to make sure you are getting full disclosure on what the total cost will be. Thus, look at the tuition, cost of all fees to include course fees, technology fees, registration fees, clinical fees, cost of books (can be quite expensive), parking fees, room and board (if living on campus), transportation cost, insurances, etc.
