It all depends on what the Schnauzer went through during early life and the size/weight/color of it. Many people sell the smaller and party colored schnauzer for more than regular sized and black and silver or salt and pepper schnauzer. Also, if it got and medicine at a young age it will cost more. Where i help out we sell Schnauzers for $350-400, while at a pet shop sells for $500-700 for one.
When I got my miniature schnauzer, she was about 350 to 400 dollars. Prepare to pay alot. But once you get them, it's all worth it. Miniature schnauzers are easy to take care of. ours was 500 but reduced to 400 because her and her brother were the only ones left
i just bought mine. hes 7 weeks old and he was $200 with papers. I have seen them sold for $300+.
About $500-700 dollars!!
More info:New York City Pet Store Prices: $550 - $1250. I checked 13 stores.
Depends on where you go! Where i work it is between $200-$400
It depends on who is breeding them and the size, color, and lines of the dog. Where i work we charge between $250-$400 for one.
Full grown, between fourteen and twenty pounds.
From a reputable breed sometimes around $2500, a pet store is always different low as 200
I guess it depends some on the size it's parents are. My Miniature schnauzer weighed 3.4 at 11 weeks.
A Miniature Schnauzer should weigh about 11 to 20 pounds when it gets mature. Make sure that this breed gets proper diet, training, grooming..etc to be in good shape. Here's more information about it, http://dogtime.com/miniature-schnauzer.html
i am looking for standard schnauzer to adopt or purchase how much am i looking to pay and where do I get one from
It depends from who and where you buy the miniature Schnauzer. The miniature Schnauzer i bought was. £800. Its definitely worth the price though. It also depends if the breed of dog you want to buy is in fashion or not, because a higher price will be charged if they are in fashion. Like with french Bulldogs, the normal price is around £1000-£1500 because their in fashion.
There really isn't such thing as a "toy" schnauzer. They are just really small miniature Schnauzers. If they are 6 months old and weighs 6 pounds, she will gain weight. The only thing that will stop growing is her height. She should stop growing height wise around 1 year of age. She will always gain or lose weight. By full grown, she should weigh at least 10 pounds.
This is normal. My Schnauzer used to be really hyper as a pup, but now he is older and calmed down. He still gets hyper every once in a while in the yard, but not much.
pure bred miniature pinchers should sell around $600-$800 per puppy including pedigree papers and of course sales receipt for the puppy. good breeder will bring you in to interview for a pup from their litter and let the puppy choose you.
No. This weight is perfectly normal for a miniature schnauzer. If your schnauzer gets overweight, take him/her for a run or a walk daily and only give him/her treats or "cookies" when they "do their jobs" outside. Only feed them at about 8:00 in the morning and at 6:30 in the evening. They can gain weight easily, so make sure they don't get excessive amounts of treats. Nope. . . . This is the weighs the adult Minature Schnauzer weighs. . I have a Minature Schnauzer and she is 17 pounds and she is only 1 1/2 years old so yeah this is a good weight for the Minature Schnauzer . . :-)
if its is a poodle/shnauzer mix also called a (scnoodle) the price may vary depending if they have papers or not.roughly between 200.00-500.00,i have a poodle/bischon that mated with my schnauzer and i sold the puppies for 200.
Sorry, there is no such thing as a toy Schnauzer, unless you're looking at a plush toy. Schnauzers come in three sizes - Miniature, Standard, and Giant. Toyish characteristics - round head, short muzzle, bug eyes - are extreme faults in Schnauzers and no one respecting the quality and history of the Schnauzer would breed for them.
Offer food to your poodle three times a day. If your puppy isn't hungry that often, reduce the frequency.
Depends on which variety of schnauzer. The standard schnauzer is, by most people's standards, medium-sized. It's larger than a whippet, smaller than a St. Bernard. MUCH smaller than an irish wolfhound or great dane! The miniature schnauzer is about the size of a beagle. Larger than a chihuahua, and most are smaller than a cocker spaniel.
