The coin is a common date Lincoln, still in circulation and only face value.
Double check that date. The first year for Lincoln cents was 1909.
Check that date again. Lincoln wasn't on the penny until 1909.

What do you mean by the wrong date? Bicentennial half dollars are only worth 50 cents.
1941 is a common date for Lincoln pennies, only worth 5-10 cents or so on average.
It depends on why it doesn't have a date. If the coin is worn, the date was eroded due to acid, etc. it is worth simply 1 cent. If the coin is not worn at all and in perfect condition and there is no date or cracks where the date would be, it could be die deterioration and might be worth a dollar or two to an error collector.
1937 is not a rare date for Lincoln cents. In circulated condition, it's worth about 3 cents. A nice uncirculated one is worth about a dollar.
