what is the vaule of a 1924 miss liberty one dollar coin
Although "Miss Liberty" is seated the coin is not a Liberty Seated dollar (1840-1873), it's a 1877 TRADE DOLLAR (1873-1885) as stated on the reverse. Authentic circulated examples have retail values of $120.00- $350.00. NOTE: The entire series of these coins is known to have replicas, copy's & counterfeits.
The 1924 $20 gold coin features Lady Liberty on the obverse side.
There were no Indian head dollar coins. If your coin is large (about 38 mm) and has the word PEACE on the back, the image on the front is Miss Liberty from the Statue of Liberty. In that case, look for a small S on the back near the word ONE. If there is no letter, the coin is worth about $15. If the S is present, it's worth $15-22 depending on how worn it is.
Assuming you have a large coin with a picture of Miss Liberty walking and the sun in the background, you have a bullion coin sold for its silver content and not for spending. The dollar denomination is artificial. At the current price of silver it's worth about $17.
In 1979, that was Susan B. Anthony. It's worth one dollar.

Nearly all US coins minted in 1882 have the word LIBERTY or a picture of Miss Liberty on them. Please post a new question with the coin's denomination.
The US has never made a one dollar coin with a "Lady" on the back. Miss Liberty appeared on the FRONT of all US dollar coins from 1794 to 1935.
It depends on the metal used to make it, a coin made out of copper, nickel, lead or other cheap metals might be worth a few cents, however, the coin could be worth its value in silver if it was created in that and 90% silver it could be worth around $20 in silver.
The coin is just a Peace dollar a Susan B. Anthony dollar is a very different coin. The date is so common retail values are only $16.00-$19.00 for circulated coins and about $21.00 for mint state coins.
