it depends i got universal remote ($30), to program it is about 60-70 bucks at dealership ( just remember if you want to get more remote controls you have to program it at the same time). to get one remote control at dealership they told me it will be about !!! 200 dollars!!! . key on the other hand i order it from website and paid 12 dollars (the one with the chip) and got it cut for free

Anyplace that sells batteries can sell you a replacement. You do not have to install a battery like the one that came in the car. Just but one of the same size with at least the same CCA as the OEM battery
I have been quoted €250 by Sandyford Renault in Dublin for a replacement key for a 2004 Grand Scenic.
As much as you don't want to hear this, the only way to program a key less entry remote for a 2004 tibby is to take both key fobs and the car to the dealer. Don't shoot the messenger.
