They are so rare, they are worth a huge amount. I never had one come in my store, but I have a waiting list to buy one. I estimate it's worth between $1,000 and $2,500.
Dates and denominations are needed. No U.S. coins are 100% silver. But, American Silver Eagle Bullion coins are .999 fine silver.
The Washington Mint is a private company NOT associated with the actual U.S. Mint. Any silver coin they produce is worth its bullion value only.

how much is a canadian mint quarter worth
1963-D is one of the most common dates for silver Washington quarters. At current silver prices, one is worth $3.60 (as of 16 December 2013).
August 17, 2009 One half pound of silver is worth $102.50 today. The date of mintage and the name of the private mint does not increase the value.
These are not made by any US mint, and have no numismatic value. If the coins are silver and not silver plated, the value would be for the silver in the coins.
Circulation issue Washington quarters dated 1964 and before are worth at least about $6 for the silver content because they are 90% silver. Some dates/mintmarks are worth more and the better the condition (especially on the earlier issues) the more money they are worth. All circulation issue quarters dated 1965 and after are only worth 25 cents. Coins in mint/proof sets are worth more than face though the value depends on the year and what type of set was it in (mint set, special mint set, proof set, silver proof set, etc.)
The mutilation makes it worth only the value of the silver it contains, currently about $3, but it wasn't worth much more before.
This date regardless of mint mark is valued for the silver and is worth about $3.25
