It depends on the mint mark
1930 Wheat penny: with no mint mark, in good condition is worth $0.10, uncirculated is worth $10.00. With D mint mark, in good condition is worth $0.15, uncirculated is worth 25.00. With S mint mark, in good condition is worth $0.15, uncirculated is worth $13.00.
A 1943 steel penny with no mintmark can be worth $.35 - $1.50
The value is determined by the date, mint mark, and condition. Without knowing any of those factors, your question is impossible to answer.
If it is a proof then it will have the mintmark "S". If your coin doesn't have the mintmark "S" then it is just a normal coin.
