Depending on the condition it could be worth anywhere from $55 - $3,000 according to the "Guide Book of U.S. Coins of 2009" (red book). The only "penny" that had stars on it is called a Large Cent and was minted from 1808 through 1857. It had 13 stars not 15. The half cent, minted from 1809 through 1857 also had 13 stars on it. No other U.S. cent had stars on it.
