Excellent condition = very few to no scratch marks anywhere on back or front of iPod, internal processes work perfectly fine, not jailbroken = $100-$130

Great condition = scratch marks are present and visible on back of iPod but none on screen, internal processes are fine but problems have occurred in the past (which includes jailbreaking problems), but overall works fine = $80-100

Poor condition = scratch marks present everywhere on iPod, including screen, has been jailbroken (or is currently jailbroken) and numerous problems have occurred with the jailbreak, internal processes may be slow or sometimes do not work at all = $20-$50.
