It ranges from $30ish to a little over $100. It's best to pay a little bit more. The jewelry is what usually takes up most of the cost- the piercing fee is usually around $20. With my barbell and piercing fee, it was about $105. However, most people who don't usually pay that much and tend to stick with a surgical steel barbell or lower-grade titanium. This should bring the costs to $60 ish.
