The dual dated Eisenhower dollars are face value only.
$1 unless it has an "S" mintmark and then it is a 40% silver coin worth silver melt value which at the time of writing is worth about $6.50. But Ike dollars really aren't worth too much to collectors unless they have the "S" mintmark and are silver.
It's Dollar not dollor and the coin is a Ben Franklin Half dollar not a "liberty" half dollar and value is likely $5.00 just for the silver, only high grade mint state coins have better values.

The 1942 Walking Liberty half dollar is a very common date coin of the series. Average circulated coins are value at $17.00-$18.00

The 1892 Liberty Head Double Eagle is a rare coin less then 200 of the 4,430 that were struck remain today reference guides do list this coin. The last example to sell that I know of was at a Stacks auction in 07 for a MS-63 at $46.000.00
