Anywhere from $200 - $400 for an M59/66 (model with the grenade launcher attachment, gas cutoff valve, and flip-up grenade sight), with $400 being for an unissued rifle with all accessories.

50-500 USD depending on specifics
$100 to over $1000, depending on the specifics.
Around $300- depending on condition and originality
Priceless, since a true SKS assault rifle would be a prototype only most likely. The SKS fires semi-automatically and does not have provision for full auto fire. If you have a normal run of the mill Chinese SKS it is worth 100-400 or so depenidng on condition, box, accessories, etc..
No. PA does not require gun registration- and the SKS is not an assault rifle- it is a semi auto rifle with a fixed magazine.

Need to know the country of manufacture. This can be determined by the markings. You can send me photos of the rifle and marking if you'd like (email address is on my bio page).
Depends on country of manufacture and condition. I am not aware of any publicly available serial number lists for any of the SKS manufacturers, so that is not a helpful bit of info. Russian SKS carbines are the most valuable at this point, with some in excellent condition reaching $400. They are followed by Chinese and Yugoslavian. A beatup Yugo with a rusted gas valve will fetch $100 on a good day.
Most SKS's sell for between $200 to $450, it depends on who made it, whether it has been rebuilt, if it has an import mark on it, and as always condition. There are two models that sell for several thousand dollars but are extremely rare.
One can purchase an SKS rifle from a variety of locations. These include a good hunting store, a rifle store, and some of the larger supermarkets such as Walmart.
