No, but there is a 40mg tablet. They only come in 5, 10, and 40mg pills.
Methadone pills are often called "dollies"or "dolls", and of course it is sometimes shortened to meth. And then a slang nickname for it is "liquid handcuffs". Other names are "wafers" usually for the 40mg pill, and "don" for liquid.
Methadone comes in 10mg tablets, 40mg tablets, and it also comes in liquid form (cherry and clear).
40mg is about 0.62gr
One as a raw product which is opium, two would be a crystaline powder, and 3 would be a liquid injectable solution in vials

Yes, the FDA approved the dispensing of methadone 40mg tablets, known as Methadose, after January 1, 2008. Methadose is an oral medication commonly used for the treatment of opioid addiction and pain management.
i don't know, but i really don't recommend it. methadone is supposed to help people work towards sobriety, it's not a party favor.
Y Actually, there isn't a 25mg methadone pill. They come in 5, 10, and 40mg tablets and also liquid form. If someone is telling you there is a 25mg tablet of methadone, it is either not methadone, or a different milligram. Now of course this is by FDA standards. If you actually find a 25mg methadone pill, it is not regulated by the FDA and therefore you should be very cautious before taking anything that is not approved by the FDA.
No, methadone should be taken orally as prescribed.
Yes, depending on how high of a methadone dose you are on. Methadone will clog your opioid receptors and make it hard for any other opiate to act in your brain. Usually, any dose higher than 40mg's will block other opiates.
Sometimes eating about thirty minutes after ingesting methadone will help the drug to work more quickly and effectively. I have been told this by workers at a clinic and also patients who complained that the drug wasn't working well enough for them. When I was put on methadone, I would wait about 20 to 30 minutes after I took 2 pills, then eat a small snack or a meal, and it would "kick it in" so to speak, making me experience more pain relief and I felt I got more out of the medicine than if I had not eaten anything at all. Drinking hot coffee also seems to help for a lot of folks. Different pain medications work for different people and I believe in using methadone because it has a long-lasting effect and the patient only doses once a day. Other pain relievers such as lortabs or percocets only last a few hours and then more pills are needed to continue pain relief. Roxicodone is only a break-through pain reliever, sometimes lasting only an hour. Also, methadone is not a drug that is likely to be abused intravenously like Roxicodone or oxycontin. I believe it is safer because it is used mainly once daily, it is a pill or liquid to be ingested, not administered intravenously.
