== == 1 beer per person per hour
I have heard that the party (1st Party) who drafted the agreement can request the other party (2nd Party) sign first, then countersign and return a copy to 2nd party.
it depends what type of person you are if you are a rock type of person then you should have a band and stuff but if your a type of person that likes balls through a ball room dance
They should politely say "No thank you."
Henry Clay (I guess he figured third time's the charm; it wasn't.)
It all depends on the person what do they LOVE? Then that's what it should be about!

No, the first party is the person buying or consuming the alcohol. The second party is the person or establishment selling the alcohol.
If that person is you carer or parent then no. Otherwise it is up to you be be prepared for trouble.
There is no requirement for that. The person signing the agreement must be one authorized by the company or party to sign on their behalf.
You should never bring a third party to a person's home or someone who has invited you out to a restaurant until you phone them and explain the situation.
If the person having the party is having it at their home or at a hall or restaurant then they do not have to tell you immediately, but certainly should let you know as soon as possible the plans for the party. If it is the son or daughter of your mother in law then they do not need to talk to you first. If they have not included you as yet then phone the person giving the party and simply ask how you can help and what you can bring. After all, the party is for your mother in law and nothing should ruin it for her. If the party is at your home (your husband/wife doing some of the planning) and leaving you out then by all means you should be angry at your husband/wife.
