While we cannot see the picture you wanted us to see, we can tell you this: every makeup artist who works with young women says makeup should always be subtle. If people can see it from a distance, it's too heavy. Wear the least amount possible. Also, consider the fact that you may look fine the way you are, and you may not need much makeup, or any at all, for that matter.

I wouldn't recommend it. Children's skin is very sensitive, putting on makeup at a young age can cause reactions to the skin, causing rashes, pimples/breakouts, etc. If you need to put make up on children then there are brands that cater for younger skin, and contain gentler products that wont damage/irritate the skin.
