It's simple. Get AR. Put the POKEMON MODIFIER code on it. Click on it with A. Start your game. Press L+R. You should have 493 master balls in the first slot of the items pocket (I know its weird for a pokeball to be in the items pocket). Toss out Master balls until they're the same number as the Pokemon you want to get's National Pokedex number (ex. Toss out NONE= Arceus, Toss out 342= Mew). Press L and wander in any grass. The Pokemon you want should appear. If it doesn't, try agsin until it works. It may not work on some games. On my Pearl it gave me the Master balls but not the Pokemon I wanted. It works on my diamond, but on my friends diamond it freezes her game. I suggest you use this code where high-level Pokemon are so you don't have to do so much training (ex. Sunyshore city, Fight Area, Resort Area, Survival Area, Stark Mountain).Good Luck :)
