If by game memory, you mean saves, I think that will be plenty (game saves are only a couple of KB).
However, if it means you'll be playing homebrews or other, then 64 MB might not even hold one game. It's best if you invest in a multi-gigabyte one in that case.
on a flash card and it 32 MB how much memery is that ??
The PDA can typically hold between 16 MB to 64 MB of memory.
8 MB
60 x 1073741824 bytes or 60 x 1024 mb generally when someone talks about memory it is volatile memory and is loaded when an application, game or software is loaded.

Depends. The memory capacity varies. Plus it is listed always on the flash drive itself. The memory ranges from up to 128 MB to 1 TB. MB=megabyte TB=Terabyte
about 500 mb 1 psp game takes up roughly 1 gig of space on the memory card per game
For game saves and that kind of thing the 8 MB memory card was the largest Sony made for the PS2 which did not include a HDD
It takes up 128 MB plus a tiny amount for your save game.
Not really. I've downloaded games with up to 8 Gigabytes of memory. So 32 MB is not that much.

8 MB to 2 GB of RAM depending on factors such as non-ECC and ECC technology.
