It is possible, for example with iPad 3.
The IpodTouch is better than the Ipad because it is much cheaper and and you can call, text, take pictures, and also download apps for free so i would prefer the ipodtouch instead of the Ipad
it took them 2 cm of metal
Only the iPad 2 and 3 is able to take Pictures because they have Camera's!

You cannot take out the memory or hard drive of an iPad.
Are you trying to upgrade to the Ipad 32GB? You can't take your 16GB Ipad and insert this much extra memory into it. You can, however, but the new and improved device if you can afford it. This assumes that you are able to find it for sale. There seems to be a shortage of these items out there.
