If you mean 'spike' as in "adding" it to urine sample, bad idea: It will screw up the test because METHADONE needs to be metabolized through the body first. Now the people testing you might write it off as "irregular" if you are lucky. However, most METH clinics are hip to this and they will f%# with you.
