Well,I am a teen,and I say we should drink at least 3 cups a day...but i drink way more than that.I drink like 10 drinks.At least give your children 3 glasses each day.
The guidlines for a teenager say about 3-4 Cups, that's 3-4 small glasses.(that's a glass 3 inches high). Large drinking glasses are 2-2 1/2 cups so you only need to drink 1 1/2 large glasses.
