That was the Voyager I and II spacecraft. Voyager I is 10 billion miles away from the sun (the Earth is only ~93 million miles from the sun and Pluto is 3.67 billion miles). A radio signal from Voyager takes ~15 hours to reach Earth.
it takes 30minutes for 20 miles
It depends on the speed.
Voyager 2 will pass near sirius in 296,000 years.
1.1 miles per hour.

If my calculations are right you need to travel 20 miles per hour to reach ten miles in thirty minutes.
Do You Know? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? About 3.2 minutes ( 36,000,000 miles at 186282 miles/sec)
Light travels 186,282.4 miles per second in the vacuum of space. At that speed, it takes the light from the sun about 8 minutes and 18 seconds to reach Earth.
It took Voyager 2 about 9 years to get from Earth to Uranus.
Think about it: 80miles/hr and there are 60 minutes in an hour. So if you travel 80 miles in 60 minutes, then in half an hour (30 minutes) you would travel 40 miles. In a quarter of an hour (15 minutes) you would travel 20 miles.
