Let me clue you in on something that not many people really know about. You can find a really affordable and completely working laptop or computer through government auctions. I used to dabble in going to car auctions or live estate sales until I found the site GovernmentAuctions.org They have a great search where you can look for anything in your area or around the country and find something completely incredible for your money. I recently won a 60g ps3 console for around $200. It was seized and on sale at a police auction. Among the items listed were a few laptops, home computers, and other household products.
