Amazon wants $15 for a 2 pack of Sony PS2 8 MB cards and $10 for a single black card. Others brands of memory cards for the PS2 are much cheaper with more memory like 2 32 MB cards for $10
the psp really doesnt have an internal memory. you can buy memory cards for it and it can go up to 16GB on a memory card. you can just look on eBay

Most of the time, memory cards outlast the camera itself. Memory cards usually work for at least five years and most last much longer.
