The question is not answerable specifically. If the associate's degree is a terminal degree, then having it is a huge plus. But if it's not a terminal degree, then it does little for you except to make transferring to a senior college easier. Without an associate's degree, many schools will parse your transcript and reject some of the coursework and credits. But with the degree, the transcript review may not be done so rigorously or may be waived altogether. Having an associate's degree that isn't terminal will generally give you only a slight edge in salary over people with only a high-school diploma. But that is just a general statement, based upon studies that have shown that folks with some college command higher salaries than folks with only a HS diploma. It in no way guarantees that you will command a higher salary. Chances are that you will see no real impact to earnings until you get the four-year degree.

Salary, earning potential, and marketability are not only determined by the type of field you are in and the degree you possess. It depends on your position within that field, the institution you work for, your experience, expertise, personal abilities, critical thinking skills, problem solving abilities, dedication and commitment toward ones work, and more. Thus, salary is not so much dependent on the type of degree as much as it is dependent on the person who holds the degree. Still, if you have a specific occupational title, you can then retrieve the estimated mean annual wage particular to that occupation through the U.S. Department of Labor: Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Well an associates degree is a two year degree while a bachelors is four. Not all major will transfer from an associates to a bachelors. For example you can get an associates in nursing and go on later to get your bachelors and it only be about two more years. But if you have an associates in nursing and you want a bachelors in business. You will pretty much have to start over and most likely only your prerequisites will count toward your new degree.
