JFK grossed $70,405,498 in the domestic market.
JFK grossed $205,400,000 worldwide.
Money.
Like all aircraft and ports, nothing. Parking for an extended period of time does cost money.
On short routes you will be offered free drinks and the snack basket. On Transcontinental routes such as JFK-LAX or ATL-SEA there will be a meal offered. A much bigger seat is available in first class and you will be one of the first to board the aircraft giving you plenty of overhead bin space for your carry-on luggage. It is of course a matter of opinion but many frequent fliers do not think paying for first Class domestically on any airline is worth the money. See the related link for Frequent Flyer opinions.

To a collector it would be worth some...
Profiles in Courage is JFK's book. There is a serious question about how much help he had in writing it.
You wouldn't get much more than the face value for it.
