For all of 2010 and most of this year PS3 in the USA have Run $300 and $350 dollars depending on the Harddrive. They have only added items as bonuses and have not reduced the pricing on the consoles for most manufactures specials. When the Move came out they even increased the price for that bundle to $400, but most are no longer available for that bundle special price
$300.00 + $18.00 in Tax
at the time of this post they cost $299.99 US. Dollar
PS3s cost much more than just the original purchase price so they may be too expensive for you. I spent as much as the PS3 cost in the first year after getting it not including the internet because I already had internet service. Actually it was more than that and I never purchase games at full price and try to pay half price or less
Much less than they make from supporting the PS3 with games, accessories, downloads, 3rd party internet services, game licences, Playstation Store products. They actually sold the first PS3s at a loss because the revenue from all of the above categories is so great. They make much more money from the products they sell to the 65 million PS3 owners than they do selling the additional 2.8 million PS3s from April 2012 to the end of Jun 2012
They rarely discount PS3s and only add items or bundle them. Sometimes a model will be released to be sold for less as part of a bundle. Look for system deals
it costs about 133 dollars plus tax
NO!!!!!!!! Get a PS3!!!!!!!! PS3s are so much better!!!!!!!!
You can get 80GB PS3s in the UK for around £270-£300 with some games.
50 million PS3s have been sold as of March 29 2011 according to the Sony Press Release on April 15 2011
All PS3s play games released for PS3s.
Yes, the PS3 does have fans and a cooling system. However, the size of fans and cooling system depends on your model of PS3. For example: the original PS3s have much larger and more powerful fans then the the slim PS3s.
So people can make more money on what they sell. <-_->S sigh, meow. its rediculus i kno
