NRC licensed reactor operators employed with public utilities generally make $40-$45/hour, more or less, depending on location. Including overtime, shift differential, and bonuses; most ROs can expect to make well over $100k/yr. Senior reactor operators (those with an SRO license) are usually salaried employees (no OT) and may make about the same as an RO, possibly more, possibly less.
